Looking for the best Boston Santa Claus experience? You’re in the right place. Because let’s be honest — standing in line at the mall with overtired kids and questionable lighting isn’t exactly the stuff holiday memories are made of.
That’s why I created a Santa Session that feels different: calm, cozy, and filled with genuine holiday magic (not chaos). Think timeless photos, a kind and patient Santa, and a setup that looks straight out of a storybook.
In this post, I’ll walk you through everything you need to know before booking your Boston Santa Claus session, including what makes these sessions different and why families come back year after year.

FAQ’s About Boston Santa Claus Sessions
Here are a few quick answers to the questions I hear most often:
How Long Is The Session?
- Each session is 5-8 minutes. Short enough to keep things fun, but long enough for your child to connect with Santa and have a truly personalized experience with our favorite Boston Santa Claus.
How Does Pricing Work?
The session fee is $225 and reserves your time with Santa. Digital images are purchased separately after your session.
- 1 image: $195
- 3 images: $295
- Full gallery: $375
Why do it this way?
You’ll view your gallery first and choose only the images you’d like to purchase.
What Should We Wear?
- You’ll receive my holiday style guide with color suggestions, outfit inspiration, and shoppable links to some of my favorite pieces. Whether you’re planning matching holiday PJs or something a little dressier, you’ll have plenty of ideas to make getting ready for your Boston Santa Claus session feel easy.
What Happens If My Child Cries?
- Totally normal! Meeting Santa can feel big and overwhelming, and we never force it. We have a gentle, flexible approach — sometimes just being near Santa is enough.
- Santa Randy is a pro. We’ve worked together for years, and we have lots of tricks up our sleeves. That said, we can’t guarantee smiles and no child will ever be forced to sit with Santa!
- Pro Tip: Don’t stress yourself (or your kiddo) by expecting a perfect moment. These photos are meant to be a memory and a milestone. One day you’ll look back and laugh — whether it’s a pout this year or a big grin next year.
P.S. We can do a quick drop-and-run photo if you want to document the “crying” year.
But, please note: it will be for 5 seconds or less (and only at your request).

Can We Take A Family Photo, Too?
- Yes! If you’ve added a family portrait, we’ll take that first before Santa comes out. These are quick, classic holiday portraits with two pose variations.
- You’ve already gotten everyone dressed and out the door (which is half the battle), so it’s the perfect opportunity to update your holiday card photo, too.
