My journey into motherhood was anything but ordinary. We found out we were having identical twins (a huge surprise!), and just a few weeks later, the world shut down. It was 2020, and my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum experience looked nothing like I expected.
Looking back, I have very few photos from that season of life. It's one of my biggest regrets.
I think thatās a big part of why I care so much about this work now. I know how easy it is to put photos off when life feels busy (or chaotic), and I also know how much those seemingly ordinary moments can mean years down the road.

Letās be realāwe all want our kids on their best behavior for photos. But if your family is anything like mine, thatās a 50/50 shot at best.
My job isnāt to make your kids sit still or smile on command. Iāll get to know them, meet them where they are, and create plenty of opportunities for their real personalities to come through.
I spent years as a public school teacher (and have two wild boys of my own), so a little chaos doesnāt faze me. In fact, itās usually where the good stuff happens.
